Job Description Location: Chennai (Work from Office – Mandatory) Experience: 10 – 15 Years Employment Type: Full-time Certification: PMP Certified – Mandatory About the Role Anoud Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager with strong Oracle Database and PL/SQL expertise to act as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will combine deep database technical knowledge with customer relationship management skills to ensure successful delivery, support, and adoption of our technology solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle Database architecture, advanced PL/SQL development, performance tuning, and the ability to manage customer expectations while driving technical issue resolution and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with customer business and technical stakeholders Understand customer business requirements and translate them into Oracle Database-based technical solutions Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management on Oracle Database environments Analyze database performance, query execution plans, and data-related issues using advanced PL/SQL skills Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Support teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution Lead customer review meetings, service governance discussions, and technical workshops Monitor Oracle database performance and identify tuning, indexing, and optimization opportunities Manage customer escalations and ensure adherence to agreed service levels Support Oracle Database upgrades, patching, migrations, backups, and production releases Provide technical guidance and best practices on Oracle Database architecture and utilization Required Skills & Experience Mandatory Skills 10–15 years of overall IT experience Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c or higher) Advanced PL/SQL development skills – stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, cursors Strong experience in SQL query writing, performance tuning, and query optimization Experience with execution plan analysis, indexing strategies, and database troubleshooting Familiarity with database backup, recovery, and basic administration concepts Experience in customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Management, Application Support, Technical Consulting, or Service Delivery Management Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience handling customer escalations and critical production issues PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory
