Stormwater Project Manager / Regional Market Lead

The Opportunity: Tetra Tech is seeking a Stormwater Project Manager / Regional Market Lead to head the delivery of high-impact stormwater infrastructure and watershed management projects across the Southwestern United States. This is a highly visible leadership role for a seasoned engineering professional who wants to shape project strategy, guide technically complex work, and deliver meaningful infrastructure and watershed solutions that improve resilience, water quality, and community outcomes. This role will serve as both a technical leader and trusted client advisor, overseeing impactful projects for municipal, state, and federal clients. You will have the opportunity to lead interdisciplinary teams, mentor emerging talent, strengthen long-term client relationships, and contribute to t
