Financial planning analyst

Join our Global Business Services (GBS) Finance team and help drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making for a global organization. In this role, you will manage and analyze budgets, deliver actionable financial insights, partner with business leaders, and support process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

What You'll Do

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities Analyze financial performance and provide actionable business insights Perform variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities Generate reports using Oracle and One Stream systems Partner with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making Support cost optimization, process improvements, and financial governance Collaborate with global teams on service charge allocation and business model initiatives

What We're Looking For

Experience in FP& A, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Oracle ERP, One Stream, Hyperion Essbase, or similar tools Advanced Excel and reporting skills Experience in a GBS, Shared Services, COE, or multinational environment preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
