This clinic operates as part of a large health system and provides specialized hematology and oncology services within a structured on-site clinic environment. The facility is designed to support coordinated oncologic care delivery with established clinical protocols and workflows in place. Clinical resources are available to facilitate quality hematologic and oncologic care on a locum tenens basis.

North Carolina offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor, cultural, and recreational attractions suited to varied interests. The state features scenic destinations such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, providing year-round opportunities for exploration and leisure. Additional activities include pottery communities, farm-based experiences, train excursions, mountain coaster rides, hiking, and wildlife viewing throughout the region.

Clinicians will provide on-site hematology and oncology clinic coverage on a day shift schedule, managing 12-15 patients per day with a clinical scope of 50% hematology and 50% oncology. The assignment is clinic-only with no call or weekend obligations required. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the EPIC EMR system for all patient encounters and treatment planning activities. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology is required for this assignment.
