Your New RoleAs a TA/Technical Recruiter, you will focus exclusively on the sourcing and candidate qualification side of the recruitment process. Working closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition leadership, you will proactively identify, engage, screen, and assess top technical talent for a variety of technology-focused positions. What You Will Need to Succeed1-2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or sourcing experienceStrong sourcing, candidate screening, and talent pipeline development skillsExperience recruiting within a corporate, agency, RPO, or high-volume talent acquisition environmentExposure to technical, IT, engineering, professional services, or technology-focused hiringProven ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while managing multiple prioritiesStrong communication, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skillsExperience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing toolsA competitive, team-oriented mindset with the ambition and drive to grow within talent acquisition
