Job Title: MBAP Power Platform Presales Lead / Architect

Role Summary

Lead and support Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI-led business transformation pursuits by shaping solution strategies, conducting customer workshops, creating winning proposals, and defining scalable enterprise architectures. Act as the trusted advisor for clients and sales teams throughout the pursuit lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solutioning, technical qualification, and opportunity assessment for Power Platform and Copilot Studio engagements.

Conduct discovery workshops and define business and technology roadmaps.

Design end-to-end architectures using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.

Prepare solution approaches, estimates, proposals, RFP responses, and Statements of Work (SoW).

Lead customer demonstrations, PoCs, innovation workshops, and executive presentations.

Support Microsoft co-sell motions and collaborate with sales, delivery, and alliances teams to drive pipeline growth.

Experience in Lotus Notes / Domino modernization and migration programs , including assessment, migration strategy, application rationalization, and transformation to Power Platform, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or Microsoft 365 solutions.

Knowledge of legacy application modernization, workflow migration, forms conversion, and data migration from Lotus Notes environments.

Define governance, CoE, security, and adoption strategies for enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations.

Required Skills

10+ years in Microsoft Business Applications with strong expertise in Power Platform.

Deep knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and integrations.

Experience in presales, solution architecture, estimation, and proposal management.

Strong customer-facing consulting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred.
