The Senior Director, Perioperative Service Line will play a critical role in advancing UCHealth's vision of "From Health Care to Health," building strong partnerships across the organization and driving excellence in the delivery of perioperative care. The Senior Director provides strategic and operational leadership across surgical and procedural services at Memorial Hospital Central, including operating rooms, pre- and post-operative care, sterile processing, and other perioperative functions. The leader is responsible for advancing safe, high-quality patient care while optimizing operational performance, workforce planning, financial stewardship, surgical access, throughput, and the overall patient experience. Working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing leaders, and hospital and system executives, the Senior Director establishes strategic priorities, leads performance improvement efforts, and ensures clinical, operational, and regulatory excellence. With overall responsibility for the leadership, direction, and administration of Perioperative Services and related areas, this individual will develop strong teams, foster collaboration, and ensure services align with UCHealth's organizational goals, mission, vision, and values. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Summary:
Directs the strategic, growth, and operational objectives for the service line in conjunction with organizational strategic plans. Directs and oversees continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing an inter-disciplinary and multi-departmental approach, to achieve quality and superior patient care and services across the continuum of care. Key Responsibilities The Senior Director plays a key role in the health system's strategic and operational efforts by: Develops and directs strategic, growth, and operational objectives for the service line. Integrates inpatient and outpatient services and strategic plan with the mission, vision, and values of UCHealth. Supports and leads from a process improvement perspective, utilizing benchmarking data to continually achieve higher levels of excellence and cost effectiveness. Maintains staffing as volumes change and works to identify opportunities to modify systems and processes to further improve quality or reduce cost. Directs and oversees program development, performance management, personnel activities, budget, and the provision of services. Works to ensure effective physician and staff relations. Oversees department operations. Develops and empowers management teams to lead daily operations, resolve issues, manage employee performance, manage physician relations, ensure high quality patient care and service excellence, and ensure operational efficiencies. Candidate Qualifications The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

Candidate Qualifications The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (Nursing, Business, or healthcare).
- 5 years of administrative leadership experience.
