Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging flows and scripts for YouTube long-form videos and YouTube Shorts .
• Create strong hooks, storytelling structures, dialogues, and CTAs.
• Write scripts that are engaging, easy to understand, and aligned with the target audience.
• Develop creative concepts and fresh content ideas for both long- and short-form content.
• Research trending topics, formats, and content styles on YouTube.
• Collaborate with the cinematographer, editor, and creative team for smooth execution.
• Adapt long-form content into engaging short-form videos wherever required.
