Candidates who have completed their CA and gained relevant FDD/Transaction Advisory experience during articleship** will be preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for a **CA Fresher** to join the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team of a leading global accounting and advisory firm. The role offers an opportunity to work on M&A transactions and gain hands-on exposure to both **Buy-side and Sell-side Financial Due Diligence**.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform **Buy-side and Sell-side Financial Due Diligence** engagements.

- Analyze financial statements, business performance, and operational data.

- Prepare **Quality of Earnings (QoE)** reports and supporting financial analyses.

- Identify key financial trends, risks, and transaction-related issues.

- Support analysis of financial and operational performance for **M&A transactions**.

- Prepare and review financial models, reports, and transaction deliverables.

- Work closely with the FDD team to deliver high-quality client engagements.

Key Skills & Requirements

- CA qualification is mandatory.

- Articleship experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) is preferred.

- Exposure to Buy-side and Sell-side Due Diligence.

- Understanding of **Quality of Earnings (QoE) Analysis**.

- Strong **Advanced Excel and PowerPoint** skills.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
