The Cluster Manager will oversee the operations and performance of multiple Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) stores. The role is responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, leading store teams, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing inventory, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall performance of multiple EBO stores.

Drive sales, profitability, and achievement of KPIs.

Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.

Ensure excellent customer service and brand experience.

Monitor store operations, inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits, and company policies.

Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.

Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to improve performance.

Coordinate with merchandising, HR, and warehouse teams.

Plan staffing, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

Conduct regular store visits to review performance and provide support.
