Job Description Manage all phases of ground-up church and K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and buyout activities Coordinate with owners, school administrators, church leadership, architects, engineers, and consultants Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Monitor project performance and proactively address budget, schedule, and quality concerns Facilitate client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle Partner with Superintendents to ensure efficient field execution and project coordination Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations Prepare project reports, forecasts, and financial updates for internal and external stakeholders Support project closeout activities, punch list completion, and successful turnover MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
