Cold Calling Agent (Outbound Call Center) – Fully Remote

What You'll Do

• Make and receive calls with prospective clients (primarily outbound cold calling)
• Build rapport and engage potential customers professionally
• Pre-qualify prospects for Life Insurance and Final Expense quotes
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward
• Gather accurate customer information
• Transfer qualified prospects to licensed Sales Advisors
• Maintain professionalism while meeting quality and performance expectations

Please Note: You will not be selling insurance. Licensed advisors handle all consultations and sales.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals with strong English fluency who are comfortable speaking with new people every day.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional accent
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Confidence handling objections and difficult conversations
• Appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, or call center experience
• Ability to build rapport quickly and identify customer needs
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Adaptability to different projects and campaigns

Schedule

• Full-time
• Ability to work 8 or 9 hours between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EDT (break included)
• 5 working days per week
• Weekend shifts may occasionally be required depending on the project

Compensation

• Base Pay: $500/ month
• Performance Bonuses: Up to $500 USD per month
• Paid overtime for approved hours worked beyond the standard schedule

Training & Payment

• One-week virtual training (2–3 hours per day)
• Training is paid after successful onboarding and completion of your first month of employment
• Monthly payments

Technical Requirements

• Windows 11/macOS: Tahoe/Sequoia/Sonoma
• Intel Core i5 (8th Generation or newer) or equivalent (CPU benchmark 5,000+)
• Minimum 8GB RAM
• USB headset (noise-cancelling preferred)
• Fiber Optic or DSL internet connection with at least: 30 Mbps download; 20 Mbps upload

Not accepted: Mobile hotspots, 4G/5G/LTE internet, and Starlink.
