Role Overview Seeking an ambitious Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor / Service Receptionist to join our prestige dealership front-of-house team. Acting as the primary point of contact between our valued customers and workshop technicians, you will handle service bookings, communicate vehicle repair recommendations, manage progress updates, and deliver a first-class, personalised experience at every stage of the ownership journey. Requirements Experience: Proven experience in a Service Advisor role within the automotive industry (dealership or franchise environment preferred). Skills: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust. Knowledge: Proactive and adaptable mindset with a solid understanding of automotive products, service processes, and customer satisfaction targets. Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.
