Senior UX Researcher

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Researcher to uncover user needs, analyze consumer insights, and influence product strategy through qualitative and quantitative research. You will collaborate with UX researchers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders to improve digital experiences across healthcare and other digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform product strategy, information architecture, and experience design.
• Plan and execute research initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Develop effective research plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Adapt research methods to project requirements and constraints.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and represent UX research in cross-functional discussions.
• Communicate complex research findings and insights clearly to diverse audiences.
• Conduct remote research and collaborate with distributed research teams.
• Use consumer feedback and research insights to influence product and experience decisions.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading and delivering research projects.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, including generative and evaluative techniques.
• Experience analyzing Voice of the Customer (VoC) data, including NPS and analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science (CS) is mandatory.
