What You'll Be Doing• Manage insurance defense matters through all phases of litigation• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances• Develop litigation strategy while working directly with clients and partners xzbcwsv
Core Requirements• 5 years of insurance defense litigation experience• DC Bar admission• Strong writing, deposition, and motion practice skills• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
