Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) Orthopedics & Orthopedic Trauma UPMC is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant/PA or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner/CRNP) to join our Orthopedics and Orthopedic Trauma team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across clinic, surgical, and inpatient settings while working in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment. In this role, you'll make a meaningful impact supporting patients through the full continuum of orthopedic carefrom evaluation and surgical intervention to recovery. Schedule & Work-Life Balance Four 10-hour days per week 3-4 days of call per month Balanced schedule across clinic, OR, and inpatient care 1-2 days in outpatient clinic 1-2 days in the operating room Daily inpatient rounding on post-operative patients Compensation & Incentives Competitive salary Sign-on bonus available Annual quality incentive opportunity CME: 5 days and $2,000 annually Robust retirement & benefits package Why Join Us? What You'll Do Provide comprehensive orthopedic care across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings Evaluate, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal conditions and injuries Assist in the operating room and support perioperative care Conduct inpatient rounding and manage post-operative patients Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery, and injury prevention
