Role Description This is a full-time remote Bookkeeper role responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations for a diverse client base. The Bookkeeper will record and reconcile financial transactions, maintain general ledgers, and prepare routine journal entries in line with accounting standards and firm procedures. They will assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensure accuracy of data entry, and help maintain organized, audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification - CA IPCC & Graduate.
• Experience working on QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online is an asset.
• Strong bookkeeping skills, including maintaining general ledgers and handling day-to-day transaction recording.
• Proficiency in creating and posting Journal Entries (Accounting) with appropriate documentation and approvals.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client files.
• Comfort working in a remote environment, with respect to the Canadian time zone.
