We work with businesses across employee benefits and commercial insurance, helping

HR, Finance, Founders and business leaders structure appropriate insurance solutions

and manage the insurance lifecycle.

Role Overview

We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive who can independently manage the sales

funnel from lead generation to closure and build a strong pipeline of SME/MSME

clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and other

channels.

● Prospect and qualify SME/MSME businesses and identify decision-makers.

● Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead → Meeting → Requirement → Quote

→ Negotiation → Closure.

● Sell and cross-sell insurance solutions including GMC, GPA, GTL, Workmen

Compensation, Property, Marine, Cyber, Liability and SME insurance.

● Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve premium/revenue targets.

● Build long-term relationships with Founders, HR Heads, CFOs and

Finance/Admin heads.

● Maintain accurate CRM and follow-up records.

● Coordinate with internal placement and servicing teams for smooth client

onboarding.
