Nurse Educator Generalist

Mission Health in Asheville, NC seeks a Nurse Educator Generalist to design, deliver, and evaluate nursing education for clinical staff across our regional health system. In this full-time role, you will assess learning needs, create competency-based curricula, lead orientation, simulations, and in-services, and support evidence-based practice and quality initiatives. Working closely with nursing leaders and interprofessional teams, you’ll mentor nurses, promote clinical excellence, and help advance patient-centered care and outcomes in a collaborative, innovation-focused environment.
