Job Title: VMware Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Experience Required: 10-20 years
Location: Chennai/Bengaluru

We are seeking a highly skilled VMware Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the deployment, administration, optimization, and support of VMware virtual infrastructure, covering both compute (v Sphere/ESXi) and storage platforms (SAN and v SAN).
10+ years of experience managing enterprise VMware environments
Strong expertise in VMware v Sphere (ESXi, v Center)
Strong experience with SAN storage technologies (FC/i SCSI/NFS) and v SAN
Hands‐on knowledge of HA, DRS, v Motion, VMFS, Datastore design, Storage multipathing and latency troubleshooting
Backup, recovery, and DR fundamentals
Documentation and operational excellence
