About Dressfolk
Dressfolk is building the favourite Indian wear brand for the modern woman. We bring India’s finest handloom weaves to the world in a contemporary avatar. With customers across 20+ countries, we’re on a mission to modernise timeless Indian craftsmanship while empowering over 900 weavers across 4 states, improving their earnings by 150%.

What you’ll do
1. Brand & Collateral Design
Design and own all brand collaterals, from decks, lookbooks, and catalogues to internal and external communication assets
Create newsletters and emailers that are visually strong and aligned with brand voice
Ensure consistency across every touchpoint, digital, physical, and internal
2. Creatives That Perform
Design high-conversion ads and performance creatives for Meta, Google, and marketplaces
Understand what works, not just what looks good
Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback loops
3. Cross-Domain Asset Creation
Design assets across platforms, website, app, social media, marketplaces, offline touchpoints
Adapt one core idea seamlessly across formats and channels
Work across teams to ensure design solves for multiple use cases, not just one
4. Storytelling Through Design
Bring campaigns, collections, and drops to life visually
Work on narrative-led design for launches, collaborations, and brand moments
Collaborate closely with content and shoot teams to extend storytelling
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
· 0–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or brand)
· Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first work
· Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
· Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
· Ability to balance creativity with speed and business needs
