• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities
• Leverage CRM tools for sales tracking, pipeline management, reporting, and business analysis
• Spot emerging market opportunities and recommend innovative strategies to accelerate sales growth and expand market presence
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and deliver an exceptional customer experience Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong customer engagement throughout the sales cycle
