Job Description Lead day-to-day field operations for luxury custom home projects Manage all phases of ground-up construction and high-end residential renovations Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and inspections Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements Communicate directly with ownership, architects, designers, and homeowners Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest level of craftsmanship Oversee punch list completion and project closeout activities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
