What You'll DoRepresent clients in DUI, misdemeanor, and lower-level felony matters throughout Maricopa County.Manage cases from initial review through resolution, including court appearances, plea negotiations, motions, and client communication.Review and oversee criminal record relief matters, including set-asides and record sealing, with administrative and paralegal support.
Who We're Looking ForWe're especially interested in attorneys early in their careers who have a genuine interest in criminal defense and client advocacy.
Qualifications:Active Arizona Bar license in good standingSome hands-on criminal defense experience, including public defense, criminal defense practice, or substantial clinical experienceConfidence appearing in court and communicating with clientsStrong organizational, negotiation, and case-management skillsCompassionate, professional approach to client representation
Recent law school graduates who are already licensed and have relevant criminal defense experience are encouraged to apply.
