Sales specialist

About the role
Karespot is a metabolic health and weight loss platform. This role is responsible for converting warm inbound leads into enrolled patients through consultation calls and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Call warm leads provided by the platform and convert them into enrolments
Follow up with prospects over call, Whats App and email until they reach a decision
Meet monthly revenue and conversion targets
Maintain lead notes and pipeline in the CRM and share daily funnel updates
Requirements
2+ years of inside sales experience with a strong conversion record. Health, wellness or health-tech background preferred
Good listening and closing skills. Ability to explain a health programme clearly and handle objections
Fluency in English and at least one Indian language (mandatory)
If working from home: stable internet and a quiet space for calls
Compensation
Fixed salary plus variable incentives linked to conversion and revenue.
