These associates work in Fidelity’s Operations and Services Group (OSG), supporting our major lines of business including Personal Investing, Fidelity Institutional, and National Financial Services.  You will work closely with contra firms, including bank and insurance companies and brokerage firms, to determine the statuses of incoming transfers.  The team is the voice of the customer and is dedicated to facilitating and completing the transfers with the highest level of quality and excellence.Fidelity’s Onsite Working ModelFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
