A smile, collaborative attitude and positive mindset is what it takes to excel!Responsibilities:Creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service and cleanliness to O2 Fitness members, prospective members and guests.Greeting every member and guest with a smile, warm welcomeAnswering phones in a friendly manner and assisting callers with a variety of questionsSigning guests up for memberships and scheduling members for Personal Training orientationAssisting with billing questions and handling member concernsAssisting the housekeeping team and ensuring the cleanliness of the clubRefilling paper products, disinfectant bottles, folding towels and making sure all areas of the club are fully stockedInventory management of drinks, cooler goods, and protein barsMerchandising products and keeping the cooler stockedExperience:High school graduate is preferredExceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the members expectationsBenefits:Complimentary O2 Fitness MembershipDiscounted Personal Training SessionsSupportive work environmentO2 Fitness Rewards storeCompensation: Average pay rate of $13.27 per hourAdvancement opportunities available with mastery of O2 Fitness club offerings20+ hours per week
