3d architectural modeler (sketchup)

We’re looking for a Sketch Up Modeller to join Matrix Visuals & Interactives.
If you have a sharp eye for architectural detail and can turn drawings into clean, accurate 3 D models, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
Create detailed 3 D models for real estate and architectural projects
Interpret CAD drawings, plans, elevations and reference material
Develop accurate architectural and interior elements in Sketch Up
Coordinate with our visualization team to prepare models for rendering and animation
Maintain clean, organized and production-ready models
What we’re looking for
3–5 years of experience in architectural 3 D modelling
Strong proficiency in Sketch Up
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
Good understanding of proportions, materials and architectural detailing
Experience with real estate / architectural visualization is a plus
Knowledge of 3ds Max is an added advantage
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Work Mode: On-site
