Sales executive

<p> The Sales Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the university's brand shop, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and promoting official university merchandise. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to maintain an attractive retail environment. </p> <p> Key Responsibilities: </p> <p> Welcome and assist students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and visitors. </p> <p> Promote and sell official university merchandise, including apparel, accessories, stationery, gifts, and souvenirs. </p> <p> Process billing, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately. </p> <p> Maintain stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment. </p> <p> Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits. </p> <p> Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product displays. </p> <p> Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. </p> <p> Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. </p> <p> Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, sales events, and university functions. </p> <p> Prepare daily sales reports and maintain transaction records. </p> <p> Coordinate with vendors and the procurement team regarding merchandise availability. </p> <p> Ensure compliance with university policies and retail procedures. </p> <p> Learning about the brand and its products on a regular basis. </p> <p> Qualifications: </p> <p> Bachelor's degree </p> <p> 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or store operations. </p> <p> Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered. </p> <p> Required Skills: </p> <p> Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </p> <p> Customer service orientation. </p> <p> Sales and negotiation skills. </p> <p> Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Excel). </p> <p> Inventory management skills. </p> <p> Cash handling and billing experience. </p> <p> Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </p> <p> Problem-solving and organizational skills. </p> <p> Call at </p>
