What You’ll Do:
Direct responsibility for land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projectsBe a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationshipProvide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers

What we're looking for:
BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in MD8-15 years of experience in civil engineering in land development ( residential, master-planned, mixed-use)1-2 years in Project Management or a leadership role is preferredExperience with municipal and country project coordination is preferredStrong business development; a book of business is preffered
