Role: Video Producer

Gynoveda is building the world's largest chain of Ayurveda fertility clinics. 62 clinics live across 30-plus cities, on a clear path to 200. Our in-house studio turns video into clinic footfall, and this role owns every video project end-to-end, from concept and budget to shoot and final cut.

This is not a traditional production seat. You own business outcomes. You will read weekly performance dashboards and let campaign data decide what gets made next. You report to the Content Head and work daily with Creative Directors, writers, editors, and the performance marketing team.

What the work looks like:

• Own the video content calendar across performance ads, doctor videos, customer testimonials, UGC, explainers, reels, and long-form YouTube
• Convert business priorities into video concepts built on Hook, Message, CTA
• Plan every production in detail: schedules, budgets, locations, props, equipment, talent
• Lead shoots from start to finish and direct on-screen talent, including doctors, customers, and non-actors
• Guide camera, lighting, and audio teams, and ensure every shoot delivers enough variations for testing
• Review edits for storytelling, pacing, branding, and accuracy, and approve the final cut
• Build creative iterations with the performance marketing team and improve them using campaign insights
• Protect consumer trust through accurate, compliant medical communication

Who fits:

• 3 to 8 years in video, creative, or content production
• A portfolio of commercial video work owned end to end, from brief to delivery
• Strong shoot planning, budget and vendor management, and camera and lighting fundamentals
• Comfort directing non-actors and managing multiple productions in parallel
• Working knowledge of the Meta creative ecosystem and funnel-based content
• Experience in women-oriented products, health, or startups is a plus
