Role Description This is a full-time Architect role based on-site in New Delhi. The Architect will support conceptual and detailed design development for residential, commercial, and cultural projects, preparing drawings, 3 D models, and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with senior architects, coordinating with consultants, and assisting in integrating design intent with technical requirements and building codes. The role involves participation in client meetings, site visits, and documentation, helping manage project timelines and deliverables. The Architect will be encouraged to contribute design ideas, research materials and technologies, and support the team in creating sustainable, user-centered spaces. Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models. Familiarity with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural tools and workflows (e.g., interoperability between design software and project management or BIM platforms). Ability to support Project Management activities such as organizing documentation, tracking milestones, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Rhino, or similar), and basic rendering tools. Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; 0–4 years of professional experience in an architectural studio or related environment. Knowledge of local building regulations and standards, with an interest in sustainable and human-centered design. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback; portfolio demonstrating design thinking and technical ability is required.
