Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a motivated Project Manager to help lead their residential construction operations. Job Description The Residential Construction Project Manager will: Provide overall leadership and coordination for residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage and develop project team members to maximize performance and professional growth Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors Administer owner contracts, subcontract agreements, and vendor commitments Establish, communicate, and maintain project schedules Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting Monitor project costs and implement strategies to maintain budget objectives Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, and subcontractor schedules Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control efforts throughout construction Lead project meetings and maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders Identify project risks and develop solutions to mitigate potential issues Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client expectations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
