Seeking experienced professionals, the hybrid Human Trafficking Project Consultant will engage in project leadership, training, and research to support federal agencies and community initiatives aimed at preventing human trafficking, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or consultancy roles. Key responsibilities Lead project delivery and manage client relationships while overseeing project planning and quality control Design and deliver tailored training and technical assistance to diverse stakeholders in the field Conduct research and evaluation activities, including data analysis and report writing, to measure program impact Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant lived experience in human trafficking; a graduate degree is preferred for senior roles 10+ years of relevant experience for leadership roles, including training and technical assistance to federal clients 5+ years of relevant experience for specialist roles, particularly in delivering training Instructional design certification and experience in designing various learning formats preferred for instructional roles U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S., with fluency in written and spoken English required
