Behavioral Health Occupational Therapist

Intermountain Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Occupational Therapist to join our mission-driven care team in Salt Lake City. In this role, you will provide comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized and group treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to support patients with mental health and co-occurring conditions. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and social workers in a patient-centered, team-based environment. Responsibilities include functional assessments, life-skills training, sensory modulation, safety and discharge planning, and clear documentation in the EHR.
