Girl's Hostel Warden

AAFT University of Media & Arts is looking for a responsible, disciplined, and student-focused Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable residential environment for students. Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Position: Hostel Warden Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the safety, security, discipline, and overall well-being of hostel residents. • Monitor daily hostel activities, routines, attendance, and leave records. • Address students’ concerns and provide appropriate support. • Maintain records related to attendance, visitors, leave, and incidents. • Ensure adherence to hostel rules, university policies, and safety protocols. • Coordinate with the Administration, Security, and other relevant departments. • Respond to emergencies and promptly escalate serious incidents to the appropriate authorities. • Conduct regular hostel inspections and coordinate for cleanliness and maintenance. • Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive residential environment. Eligibility & Requirements: • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. • Prior experience in hostel administration, student welfare, residential schools/colleges, or a similar role will be preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good student management and problem-solving abilities. • Responsible, disciplined, patient, and approachable. • Comfortable working in a residential/hostel environment. • Willing to work from the AAFT University campus in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
