We provide employees with free assistance navigating the PSLF program to submit their federal student loans for forgiveness. </p><p><b> Why Us: </b></p><p>· Panhandle Hospitality: Bring your warmth and kindness to our patients with a smile. </p><p>· Close-Knit Team: Small community, big heart – where every team member makes a difference. </p><p>· Meaningful Impact: Your dedication transforms lives and creates a supportive, caring environment. </p><p> This is a full-time evening position from 2pm – 10pm. </p><p><b> Responsibilities: </b></p><p>· Clean assigned areas, including window treatments, floors, walls, hallways, ceilings, woodwork, fixtures, hand rails, common areas, offices, and disposing of waste/trash. </p><p>· Replenish supplies (i.e. bathrooms, public areas, carts, etc.). </p><p>· Perform dusting, mopping, and vacuuming duties in patients’ rooms, hallways, and stairwells. </p><p>· Dispose of biohazard materials per SRMC protocol. </p><p>· Clean carpets and furniture by vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting. </p><p>· Move furniture to clean along wall and baseboards. </p><p>· Dust furniture and equipment. </p><p>· Disinfect and sterilize equipment as needed. </p><p>· Clean inside of patient room windows, sills, and door panels. </p><p>· Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas up to 3x or more in an 8hr shift. </p><p>· Terminally clean vacant rooms or rooms where patients have been discharged. </p><p>· Assure that adequate inventory of supplies are maintained to perform daily tasks and to meet daily needs. Clean and stock carts at end of shift. </p><p>· Dust and clean hall areas to include hand rails, pictures, and lighting. </p><p>· Clean, wash, sanitize, and/or polish bathroom fixtures. </p><p>· Clean windows, mirrors, and panels in patient rooms, recreational area, bathrooms, entrances, exits, stairways, etc. </p><p>· Remove dirt, dust, grease, film, etc. from surfaces using proper cleaning/disinfecting solutions. </p><p>· Notify supervisor or maintenance if equipment is not running correctly or is down. </p><p>· Coordinate isolation procedures with nursing staff. </p><p>· Report all hazardous conditions to supervisor immediately. </p><p>· Communicate effectively with team members and residents/patients in a courteous and professional manner. </p><p>· Assist in maintaining a safe, neat, and clean environment; report environmental deficiencies to supervisor or maintenance such as lighting and equipment. </p><p>· Utilize proper body mechanics, lifting techniques, and appropriate equipment to minimize injury to self. </p><p>· Assure that work areas are clean and equipment, supplies, etc.. are properly stored at all times, as well as before leaving such areas for breaks, meals, and end of shift. </p><p>· Assure that equipment is cleaned and properly stored at the end of shift. </p><p>· Assure that established infection control and universal precaution practices are maintained when performing procedures. </p><p>· Mix cleaning and sanitizing liquids in appropriate quantities by following safe mixing protocols. </p><p>· Make sure wet floor signs are placed if mopping floors or working on floors that are slick. </p><p>· Maintain a working knowledge of larger floor equipment. </p><p>· Report all hazardous conditions or broken/malfunctioning equipment to maintenance. </p><p>· Other duties as assigned by management. </p><p><b> Benefits: </b></p><p>· Generous paid time off. </p><p>· Growing 401(k) retirement program up to 5% company match. </p><p>· Comprehensive dental and vision insurance. </p><p>· Voluntary life and AD&D. </p><p><b> Sidney Regional Medical Center is an EEO Employer/Vet/Disabled. </b></p> Requirements: <p><b> Requirements: </b></p><p>· The ability to communicate and follow verbal and written instructions in order to perform the duties of the position. </p><p>· High school diploma or GED required. </p><p>· Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Driver’s License. </p><p> PIfbe70c848c23-25405-39641248</p>
