Videographer & A/V Specialist

Our client, a dynamic and growing organization encompassing multiple fitness/health brands under one venture company, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Videographer & A/V Specialist. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of video production and editing, including live and recorded sessions, with a focus on delivering polished, high-quality content in real time.
You will collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative assets that align with the brand’s vision and strategy. This role requires a highly creative, detail-oriented, and fast-paced individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for live and recorded sessions, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with the brand's goalsLive Content Creation: Mix live sessions and leave the studio with polished, finalized productsMulti-Camera Setup: Operate and manage multi-camera systems for various productionsA/V Technical Support: Handle all audio/video technology needs and collaborate with the in-house audio engineer for seamless productionCreative Marketing Assets: Support the marketing team by creating engaging video content for campaigns, social media, and other channelsCollaborative Strategy: Contribute creative ideas to enhance video strategies (strategy work is a plus, but not mandatory)
Qualifications:
Proven videography experience in a full-time professional setting; experience should extend beyond exclusively freelance or independent project workExpertise in video editing software and toolsAbility to manage xzbcwsv and operate multi-camera setupsStrong understanding of A/V technology and live production workflowsCreative mindset with excellent attention to detailSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyMust be local or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC
