Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily shop operations while managing area leads and production teamsCoordinate with production schedulers to execute workflow targets safely and on timeDrive continuous improvement and maintain 5S standard practices across work baysManage team performance, skill development, and shop floor trainingEnforce environmental, health, and safety standards across all operational shifts
Ideal Candidate Profile:Proven experience supervising operations within industrial xzbcwsv manufacturing or structural steelStrong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principlesPractical experience managing shift schedules, labor planning, and production flowSolid background in team leadership, employee coaching, and safety complianceExcellent problem solving, organizational, and communication skills
