Role Description The AI Tutor (Part-Time, Wednesday Only) will deliver in-person instruction and mentoring to learners at our Noida center, focusing on foundational and advanced concepts in Artificial Intelligence, technology, and related future-ready skills. In this on-site role, the tutor will prepare lesson plans, design engaging learning activities, and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining complex concepts in simple terms, guiding students through hands-on exercises or projects, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback. The tutor will collaborate with the academic team to align content with curriculum standards, maintain accurate records of student performance, and ensure a positive, inclusive classroom environment. This is a part-time role limited to Wednesdays, ideal for professionals or students seeking regular teaching experience alongside other commitments. Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, computer science, or related technology fields, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to school-age and early-career learners. Demonstrated teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or training experience, preferably in STEM or AI-related subjects, with skill in designing interactive, learner-centered sessions. Ability to use digital tools and educational technology platforms effectively, including presentation tools, coding environments, and learning management systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills, with a commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful, and motivating learning environment. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to plan lessons, manage multiple learners, and deliver outcomes within a limited weekly schedule. Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Education, or a related field; advanced coursework or certifications in AI or machine learning are a plus. Interest in NEP-aligned and globally informed education practices, with openness to continuous learning and curriculum innovation.
