RCLASHERS MEDIA is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales, client acquisition, and influencer marketing, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.

• Identify and connect with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers.

• Pitch RCLASHERS MEDIA's Influencer Marketing and Talent Management solutions.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and customized campaign strategies.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, and business reports.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• Stay updated with industry trends and identify new market opportunities. What We're Looking For

• 0.5–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Influencer Marketing, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.

• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Media Sales is a plus.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
