LHH Recruitment Solutions is growing our New Jersey team and looking for motivated, entrepreneurial professionals to join us as an Executive Recruiter focused on either Accounting & Finance or Human Resources recruitment.
Whether your background is in staffing, recruiting, B2B sales, technology sales, financial services, account management, or another relationship-focused industry, we'd love to connect. Recruiting experience is a plus, but a proven track record of building relationships and achieving results is what matters most.
What You'll DoDevelop and grow client relationships throughout New JerseyGenerate new business opportunities and expand existing partnershipsSource, recruit, and place top talentManage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through placementBuild your own book of business and personal brandPartner with hiring managers and candidates to create successful outcomesBecome a trusted advisor in your market specialization
