To maintain our standard of excellence, we are seeking an exceptional Construction Manager with deep expertise in high-end fit-outs, luxury finishes, and detailed construction planning.

Role Overview

As the Construction Manager , you will be the driving force behind the execution of our luxury residential projects on-site. This role demands a perfectionist’s eye for finishing quality, fit-outs, and architectural details , paired with strong leadership in planning, scheduling, and project control . You will ensure that every phase—from initial planning to final hand-over-meets the highest standards of luxury construction, stays within budget, and adheres strictly to schedules.

Key Responsibilities1. High-End Quality Control & Finishes (Primary Focus)

• Supervise, inspect, and approve all fit-out works, joinery, masonry, tile/marble layouts, MEP integration, and fine finishing works .
• Maintain microscopic attention to detail to ensure seamless execution according to architect specifications and luxury benchmarks.
• Enforce rigorous Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) standards on-site and resolve design or finish defects immediately.

2. Detailed Planning, Scheduling & Budgeting

• Develop and maintain comprehensive baseline construction schedules tracking every task from grey structure to final detail work.
• Proactively monitor construction milestones, resource allocation, and site workflow to prevent delays.
• Oversee site budgets, track expenditures, manage procurement schedules, and optimize resource usage without compromising quality.

3. Site Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations, supervising site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and specialized craftsmen.
• Serve as the main bridge between architects, structural engineers, clients, and senior management to ensure alignment.
• Prepare granular progress reports, schedule look-a-heads, and quality audits for senior management and clients.
• Implement and enforce strict safety standards and local building codes across all site operations.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record managing luxury residential, premium villas, or high-end interior fit-out construction projects .
• Finishing Expertise: Master-level understanding of premium construction materials, bespoke interior fit-out techniques, and high-end finishing standards.
• Planning Skills: Mastery of construction scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and MS Office suite.
• Leadership & Control: Outstanding supervisory, delegation, cost-control, and site management capabilities.
• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to interface effectively with high-profile clients and top architectural firms.
• Location: Must be able to work full-time on-site in the Rawalpindi District .
