Role - Travel Consultant - Corporate Ticketing

Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Shift: Rotational Shift

Requirements:

• Must have hands-on experience in GDS systems Amadeus - Mandatory
• Prior experience in corporate travel ticketing and handling transit and international VISA
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Issue tickets as per client requirements
• Support submissions with all correspondence
• Drive PLB carrier sales
• Upload supporting documents in the system
• Ensure NIL billing pendency
• Manage personal bookings & same-day collections
• Coordinate with customers for day-to-day bookings
• Achieve revenue and transaction targets
• Negotiate with hotels and suppliers
• Handle invoicing, hotel invoice collection & reconciliation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
