What Should You Have?

• 8+ years of experience in Backend Engineering with strong expertise in Java/J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, and event-driven applications.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and database performance optimization.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and third-party integrations.
• Experience working with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
