Salary: $110,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a current Security+ certification and a fully adjudicated DoD Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
• We require 6+ years of experience with a masters degree, 8+ years with a bachelors degree, or 10 years with a high school diploma.
• We want experience leading large-scale information security efforts.
• We want experience designing and implementing secure network architectures, Zero Trust environments, and cloud security frameworks such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• We want strong experience working within regulatory frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and 800-171, ISO 27001, CMMC, or SOC 2.
• We want experience leading high-severity security incident response and performing post-mortem root cause analysis.
• We want proficiency with frameworks such as STRIDE or PASTA for vulnerability identification.
• We want expert-level knowledge of SIEM tools such as Splunk or Sentinel, EDR/XDR, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners such as Nessus or Qualys.
• We want expertise in OAuth, SAML, and multi-factor authentication implementation.
• We want secure coding and DevSecOps experience, including integrating security into CI/CD pipelines with SAST and DAST tools.
• Preferred qualifications include CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CASP+ CE, or CSSLP certifications.
• Preferred qualifications include experience moving security postures across environments, including legacy on-premises to hybrid cloud or cloud-native models.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with Cross-Domain Solutions, air-gapped networks, and classified environments.
• Preferred qualifications include prior lead or architect experience owning the security roadmap for a product line or business unit.
• Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Python, Go, or PowerShell, as well as infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Preferred qualifications include strong knowledge of PKI, quantum-resistant encryption, and hardware security modules.
• Preferred qualifications include the ability to simulate advanced persistent threats to test organizational resilience.
• Preferred qualifications include the ability to apply machine learning and AI to anomaly detection and threat hunting.

• We ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of classified networks.
• We enforce information systems security programs, policies, procedures, and tools.
• We analyze equipment and software reliability and suitability for vulnerability assessment use.
• We assess classified network usage, hardware and software capabilities, ineffective practices or procedures, equipment limitations, and related factors.
• We conduct risk and vulnerability assessments of classified information systems to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and protection needs.
• We perform, document, and recommend findings to the ISSM from security audits, evaluations, and risk assessments for all classified systems.
• We update and complete Body of Evidence paperwork and supporting artifacts.
• We serve as a technical expert and central point of contact for cybersecurity policies, planning, programs, initiatives, certification, and accreditation.
• We provide recommendations and support on the security of processing, storage, retrieval, transmission, and access for classified and unclassified information.
