About the Role:Team 360 Staffing is seeking an experienced and reliable CDL A Driver to join our team in Mukilteo, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering customer orders safely and on time while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. Previous experience working with refrigerated products is required.Position Details:Pay Rate: $27/hr.Location: Mukilteo, WA 98275Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) and a 401(k) plan (no company match).Responsibilities:Pick and pack customer orders.Drive and deliver orders to customers safely and on time.Load and unload products as needed.Plan and adjust routes when necessary to improve customer service.Maintain efficient and productive operations.Verify orders to ensure the correct products are loaded.Complete all required paperwork accurately.Ensure goods are loaded in a safe and logical order.Make sure all loads are properly secured.Return all shipping documents to the Transportation Manager upon completion of deliveries.Address and resolve customer issues as appropriate.Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance issues to the manager.Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Valid CDL A driver's license.Previous experience working with refrigerated products is required.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to lift, load, and unload products as needed.Knowledge of safe driving practices and route planning. xzbcwsv Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
