A global Law Firm is seeking a Client Account Specialist to join its growing finance team. This role is responsible for managing collections, resolving outstanding client balances, partnering with internal stakeholders, and ensuring the timely resolution of billing and reconciliation issues.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve aged receivables, outstanding invoices, credit balances, and unbilled work.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding payment and collection matters.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, reconciliation issues, and payment-related concerns.
• Monitor accounts, identify at-risk balances, and provide reporting to leadership.
• Partner with billing and finance teams to improve collection efforts and streamline processes.
• Support special projects and participate in process improvement initiatives.

What You Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing, client account management, or a related accounting function.
• Strong understanding of collections strategies and financial reconciliations.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
