Respond professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone channels. Issue Resolution:

Provide end-to-end support to resolve customer grievances and queries efficiently. Experience Management:

Any Graduate Experience Level:

0 to 4 years of experience. Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory. Communication Skills:
