Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Construction Project Manager to manage construction projects mainly consisting of interior fit-outs in our commercial office buildings.
This is an on-site position. The person will be responsible for both managing projects and handling the day-to-day work needed to keep them moving.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage tenant fit-outs in coordination with the landlord and tenantBe on-site and manage day-to-day construction activitiesShow projects to contractors and review the scope of work with themCoordinate contractors, vendors, and different tradesMake sure everyone understands what needs to be doneMonitor schedules, progress, deliveries, and deadlinesAccept and organize deliveries of construction materialsOversee tenant move-outs and space turnoversCoordinate maintenance and repair projectsCheck the quality of the work and make sure all finishes are acceptableMake sure completed work meets the expectations of the landlord and tenantCreate and follow up on punch lists until everything is completedCommunicate with owners, tenants, building supers, building staff, and contractorsHandle unexpected issues and be able to make decisions and work on the fly
What We’re Looking For:
A good understanding of the construction process xzbcwsv Experience managing job sites and coordinating tradesAble to review and explain the scope of a projectA good eye for quality, details, and finish workStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable working in occupied office buildingsAble to manage several projects and priorities at onceReliable, responsive, practical, and willing to be hands-on
Annual Compensation: $70k-$90k, based on experience and qualifications.
